The Etscheid Commissions
Max is the youngest of the Etscheid family. I was asked to construct him a worthy upgrade to his current (and prized) decor of Thomas the Train images. I chose locations that would grant me direct access to trains. From these vantage points I shot at angles to enhance the child-like sense wonder in the structures. Colors were saturated in a hyper-realistic manner, giving the pieces a tactile, textural quality.

Metra Rail Yard
Looking north from the foot bridge at the 18th St. Metra Station. This location was requested by the Etscheid family. They lived close to the station and would often watch the trains pass.
